This project came from a customer of a builder selling stone, whose factory needed an integrated system that could manage vehicle information, weighing, load control, and load order charging. The project is complex, with 14 lanes corresponding to 14 different specifications of stone.

Project description
This project integrates 14 lanes, loads different specifications of stone, and charges in different lanes according to the loading requirements registered at the truck entrance. The whole process of the system starts from the rocks on the mountain being crushed by excavators, loaded and weighed, and then transported to the raw material area.Raw materials of different specifications are crushed in the crushing area according to the predetermined specifications of the system, and transferred to the designated barrels through the conveyor belt.The shipping vehicle waits for the loading notification in the loading area. After the vehicle is notified of the loading, it drives into the weighbridge and parks at the exact location.After the vehicle is stopped, the loading button is activated to start loading until its the exact weight.Then, the driver swipes the registered card on the middle-distance reader, and the loading data is collected and sent back to the weighing control system and recorded in the database for accumulation.After swiping the card, the vehicle leaves the weighing scale, and takes out the weighing receipt at the ALPR exit. After the weighing is completed, the vehicle needs to swipe the card to concentrate, and the gate will be opened and released.Monthly data will be passed to the construction company, which will be billed to the driver based on the amount of material loaded and the distance traveled. In the main control room, you can see the vehicle conditions in all lanes, and operate remotely in the main control room according to the vehicle conditions. Each lane is equipped with 1 barrier gate, 1 medium-distance reader, 1 LED display, 2 cctv cameras, 1 alarm light, 3 infrared ray and used together with the weighbridge and the loading system.The control system consists of three parts, the upper lane monitoring, the weighing control system in the lower left corner, and the blanking operating system in the lower right corner. The integration of three systems is highly automated to improve the overall operational efficiency of construction projects.
