Temporary visitors:
1.Visitors push the button to get a card from the entry card dispenser machine then the barrier gate will open automatically.
2.When the car pass through, the barrier gate will close automatically.
3. When the visitors leave, they need pay the parking fee at management center. Or pay at parking payment machine.(Read the cards then calculate the parking fee).
4. After payment, the center staff open barrier gate for visitors to leave. (If pay at payment machine, visitors just put the card back to the exit machine with card receiver, then the barrier gate will open automatically. )
5.Barrier gate close after the car pass automatically.
Long-term users:
they prepaid and got the registered cards. They just swipe the cards on the entry & exit machine and the barrier gate will open automatically.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition
(ANPR)

For temporary visitors:
1.When the visitors drive their cars close to the entry gate, the ANPR camera at entry gate will take photos of the license plate and and upload the information to the management center.
2.Once plate number recognized, the barrier gate will open automatically. And when the cars pass through, the barrier will close automatically.
3. When the visitors leave, they need pay the parking fee at management center. Or pay at parking payment machine.(Input the license plate number then calculate the parking fee).
4.When exit , the ANPR camera will recognize the plate number again. If payment made, barrier will open. If payment not made, barrier will not open and PC will give notice.
5.When the car pass , the barrier gate will close.
Long term users:
their license plate number will be registered on the center. The barrier gate will open once their license plate number was recognized.

Automatic Barrier gate anti-collision.Working with vehicle detector, during the falling down of barrier gate, when it detects the coming vehicle, the barrier will bounce back instead of hitting vehicle.
Full parking space detection.Parking staff can input total parking space in software, when the space is full, it will prompt message in computer that the parking is full.
Components of car parking management system
Entry station. It is usually RFID card or barcode ticket dispenser installed at entry station, or long range RFID card reader.
Entry and exit barrier gate. Connecting to entry or exit station and loop detector, it can open or close automatically.
Exit station. It is usually card/barcode ticket verification with card reader built in, or long range RFID card reader.
Parking management software/pc. Toll station software 1) the toll staffs log in, operate and charge the parking fee .2) the toll staffs can set equipment which needs management. 3) the toll staff can check the current paid up amount records
Optional items. Camera for vehicle picture capture, Fee display, receipt printer, etc.
